R2S, a dynamic and fast-growing joint venture between Raytheon and Rafael, is seeking a results-driven Program Manager to lead Co-production manufacturing programs in support of the MIR Lot 5 contract and also serve as a Deputy to the MIR Lot 6 Program Manager. This is a mission-driven role, accountable for ensuring delivery commitments are met on time, within budget and with the highest quality while maintaining positive customer satisfaction.

  • Lead the execution of MIR CoProduction programs, ensuring timely and cost-effective hardware delivery meeting customer requirements.
  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, and earned value metrics, with full responsibility for financial performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer engagements, including Program Management Reviews (PMRs), weekly and monthly customer reviews, performance reviews, and issue resolution.
  • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills while interfacing with program team members, company personnel, suppliers, and customers.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and lead the associated proposal efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, and customer contractual requirements.
  • Expected to travel (approximately 30%) for offsites and program-related activities.
  • Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of relevant Program Management experience, OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience.
  • Successful, proven past performance in leading and managing multi-discipline project teams.
  • Expertise in project management, earned value management, risk management, and supply chain & subcontract management.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills, including oral presentations and written correspondence.
  • The ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Experience with financial analysis tools and/or digital technology tools to maximize efficiency in project management and collaboration in a matrixed environment
  • Strong business acumen to proactively identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
  • Strong communication skills and experience presenting to customers and senior leadership
  • This position requires eligibility to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Earned Value Certification, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience supporting development, production, and/or sustainment programs, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry, including balancing cost, schedule, and technical constraints to achieve positive program outcomes.
  • Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals, and/or synthesizing Gate Packages for Management Reviews, across cross-functional teams.
  • Product lifecycle management experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB)
