About The Position

In this role, you will lead the delivery of a critical maintenance assistance program for government facilities worldwide. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing program execution, ensuring compliance with contract terms and government policies, and managing a global team focused on maintaining safe and functional U.S. Government assets abroad. The impact of your work will extend to ensuring operational efficiency and resource optimization for vital overseas missions.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex programs in a global environment.
  • Proven track record of managing contracts similar to the program in scope and complexity.
  • Strong knowledge of facility systems and maintenance practices in overseas operations.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of leading diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the program implementation and daily operations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans for each region, including timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including overseas posts and vendors.
  • Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Track program performance through KPIs and report to senior management.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate operational and logistical risks.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. Government policies and regulations.
  • Optimize resource allocation and logistics for overseas operations.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to the program team across various locations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance data and proposing enhancements.
