About The Position

Program Manager The Opportunity: As a program management spe cia list, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of law enforcement. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning and regular interactions with the client and development teams. Requirements

Experience managing large technical contracts of 100+ FTE, including timely performance, compliance, accuracy, and completeness across multiple workstreams and project teams
Experience executing Agile met hodologies, including SAFe
Experience in a flexible environment, interacting with IT executives, business product owners, developers, and functional managers
Experience using Atlassian and Micro sof t Office products to manage projects and staff
Ability to identify risks proactively, recommend mitigating actions, and drive them to resolution
Ability to manage multiple projects, including planning and organization, decision making, problem solving, work delegation, and employee development
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience performing in program and project management roles, or 14+ years of experience performing in program and project management roles in lieu of degree
SAFe Certification

Nice To Haves

Experience managing vendors, including subcontractor management
Experience supporting large innovation and integration platforms
Knowledge of Cloud technologies and infrastructure
Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).
The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
