About The Position
Leads delivery for a National Training Center across multiple sites; owns SLAs, risk, governance, surge staffing, and stakeholder communications.
Requirements
- 7–10+ yrs federal IT O&M/service delivery.
- PMP req.; ITIL v4 pref.; Security+ plus.
- Multi-site ops and surge management.
- U.S. citizenship & ability to obtain a Federal Law Enforcement background check.
Nice To Haves
- DHS or law-enforcement training env. exp. preferred.
- Former law enforcement supervision & veterans — highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own contract execution, budget, schedule, and quality.
- Drive SLA/SLO performance; chair CAB/governance rhythms.
- Coordinate Service Desk, Network, Systems, and Cyber teams.
- Plan and execute training-surge staffing and communications.
- Manage risk/compliance; partner with ISSO on RMF/ATO sustainment.
- Produce metrics, SITREPs, and exec roll-ups for COR/CO.
