Introduction The Program Manager serves as the primary interface between the customer and TT Electronics. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the assigned customer accounts, including but not limited to revenue performance, profitability, order intake, and overall customer care. The Program Manager ensures alignment across internal teams, drives program execution, and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • This position is an onsite role in our Perry, Ohio location.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or two to four years’ related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read and analyze periodicals, business reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to write clear and professional reports, business correspondence, and procedural documentation. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, team members, and the public. The individual must demonstrate strong grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data, solve practical problems, and work effectively with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret instructions presented in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Must consistently maintain a professional and positive image in all situations while exercising sound judgment.
  • Proficiency in standard office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, slide‑presentation tools, internet browsers, email platforms, and business‑systems software.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary focal point for the customer, maintaining deep knowledge of all aspects of the customer/TT Electronics relationship and supporting efforts to develop new opportunities as assigned.
  • Provide regular updates to TT Electronics leadership on account status, opportunities, risks, issues, and forward-looking outlook.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership across the TT Electronics organization to maximize both short‑ and long‑term account potential.
  • Lead the Customer Focused Team in addressing issues, opportunities, and urgent “hot spots” quickly, decisively, and effectively.
  • Own the execution of pricing, scheduling, and cross‑company communication plans to ensure alignment and accuracy.
  • Communicate schedules, milestones, and progress consistently to internal stakeholders and to the customer.
  • Maintain full financial responsibility for product profitability, including PPV, gross margin, material liability, account‑specific costs, and cost‑reduction initiatives.
  • Limit TT Electronics’ liability by managing contract requirements including but not limited to pricing and inventory.
  • Conduct regular customer/TT Electronics business reviews internally and externally to maintain alignment and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify and cultivate new business expansion opportunities within the customer’s organization.
  • Travel to customer sites as required to support program needs, relationship management, and operational execution.
  • Support Global Account Managers in preparing quarterly and annual business plans for assigned accounts.
  • Maintain Salesforce data accuracy, ensuring complete and current intelligence for all assigned accounts.
