L3Harris Military Avionics Division is seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to join our team. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
Ability to obtain US Government security clearance

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of ITAR and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) desired
PMP or PgMP certification is a plus
Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and overseeing multiple projects delivered on time and on budget
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to travel as needed to visit customers and/or suppliers

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of program execution from planning to completion including program kickoff, development, qualification, delivery, and program closeout
Ensure adherence to contractual requirements and L3Harris policies and procedures
Maintain documentation as well as track milestones, funding, and schedules related to programs
Ensure all details are communicated timely and accurately to program stakeholders
Report financial, schedule, technical, and overall performance metrics to both external and internal stakeholders and executive management
Establish performance measurement baselines and monitor project performance using Earned Value metrics
Analyze performance data to identify variances, trends, and potential risks
Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams resolving issues and building trust
Arrange and support strategic customer engagements and partner with functional leads to ensure appropriate staffing
Identify opportunities and risks and implement strategies to minimize impact of risks and ensure the smooth delivery of program objectives
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging best practices and lessons learned to enhance program delivery and support organizational growth
Manage the identification, evaluation, and approval process for contract change requests (formal and informal requests) ensuring all change requests are documented accurately and evaluated in a timely manner
Conduct thorough impact assessments for proposed changes, focusing on scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk
Identify growth opportunities within current program portfolio or opportunities for growth beyond existing programs
Lead proposal development from kickoff through contract negotiations
