Summary: The Program Manager will be responsible for working with senior program management to set the overall strategy and objectives for a group of projects. Ensure master plans and schedules are followed, developing solutions to program challenges, and directing others for successful completion of project on time and on budget.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • Minimum five (5) years of relevant program management experience.
  • Demonstrated multidisciplinary success with project and program management.
  • Proven proposal/bid experience and project/program management experience.
  • Valid driver's license, in conjunction with successfully passing the Company’s MVR.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret business management and technical data.
  • Outstanding client and personnel skills and the ability to persuasively communicate at all levels.
  • Technical expert with outstanding team building, writing, proposal development, cost estimating, and program execution skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program lifecycle from planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Coordinate and align cross-functional teams to deliver program objectives.
  • Develop and manage program timelines, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure consistent communication and reporting of program status, dependencies, risks, and metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and lessons learned.
  • Interact with team in the local office, as well as regional and firm-wide staff.
  • Lead and support the implementation of systems and procedures to optimize program.
  • Maximizing corporate profitability, marketing and representing all services within Matrix Design Group to develop new and existing business and supporting corporate vision and success.
  • Assist with overall technical direction and program leadership to ensure successful design and implementation of project teams and technical programs.
  • Ensure quality control across all programs; ensure deliverable quality, schedules and client satisfaction.
  • Recommend new business opportunities and growing client base through reputation, contacts, and networking; supporting on major proposal efforts and interviews.
  • Participate in professional associations and organizations to promote Matrix in the industry.
