About The Position

Program Manager The Opportunity: An effective program requires a manager who is passionate about guiding it through the complexities of its lifecycle. It requires someone who is dedicated to identifying challenges, mitigating risks, and supporting a team with vision and focus. That’s why we need you, a seasoned Program Manager who can ensure our Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity program achieves success. As a lead Program Manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding enterprise network and cybersecurity operations for the Army. You’ll provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance and leadership for large scale enterprise network operations, modernization and cybersecurity programs. You'll work directly with Army clients and stakeholders to help ensure tasks are managed effectively. You'll empower our clients through communication, ensuring the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards. You'll engage with clients to collect, understand, and define their IT requirements, analyze and translate those requirements into project plans and milestones, and create realistic resource-loaded schedules to manage and report progress. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with program management, including managing complex IT projects
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or IT
  • DoDM 8140.03 for Defensive Cyber Workforce (DCWF) Work Role 801 Advanced Level Certification
  • PMI Certification, such as PgMP or PMP
  • ITIL 4 Foundation and Managing Professional Framework Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project tools
  • Experience developing and writing Performance Work Statements (PWS) or Statements of Work (SOW)
  • Experience reviewing vendor proposals and vendor management to align contracts and SLAs
  • Experience with performance based and award fee contracts
  • Knowledge of DoD project or program management practices
  • Ability to lead large, multifunctional teams of 150+ personnel, work independently, and anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams
  • Master's degree in Project Management or IT
  • SAFe Program Consultant Certification
