We are seeking a highly qualified Architectural professional with experience in program management services related to the implementation and execution of capital improvement programs. The selected candidate must have demonstrated experience serving as Owners’ Representative on municipal construction and school construction projects. The selected candidate will work directly with the design team, the general contractor, district, local, and state agencies, and will function as the Owner’s Representative/ Program Manager throughout the lifecycle of a project, to include the Planning and Initiation Phase, Pre-Construction Phase, Construction Phase, Close-Out Phase, Warranty Phase, and Occupancy/Post Occupancy.
