About The Position

Solvere Technical Group is looking for a Program Manager in support of NAVSEA LOGCEN remote work. Duties and Responsibilities: Supports achievement of programmatic goals Plans, coordinates, evaluates and reviews all phases of project control including the interpretation of and compliance with contract requirements Makes continuing reviews and studies of incoming project planning, execution, and related material and program activities and keeps currently informed on all phases of planning and execution Ensures that all contract deliverables, to include cost and status reports are submitted as required Consults with and coordinates activities with representatives of government and industry on plans and requirements, new developments, and methods to accomplish identified program requirements Ensures proper staffing of the contract Assists with complex problems relating to the operation of the contract May lead and direct the work of more junior contractor employees A wide degree of creativity and latitude is desired Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

Requirements

• Desired Experience: 7+ Years in a related position
• Certification or Training Required: PMP preferred but not required
• Security Clearance: Secret
• Eeducation: Baccalaureate degree in a logistics, business, management, or technical field
