About The Position

Red Arch Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to lead a diverse team of expert system architects, software and AI/ML engineers, and data scientists to address strategic challenges and deliver analytical insights, advantages and dominance. The Program Manager will apply experience with project and program management in Department of Defense (DoD) Intelligence programs to provide innovative analytic solutions across all warfighting domains. This will include cutting-edge application development, AI-driven analytics, and secure solutions to strengthen intelligence analysis and warfighting capability.

Requirements

  • Active TS/S CI with Polygraph (required)
  • Demonstrated experience in program or project management.
  • Experience with DIA, DoD, and IC infrastructure, policies, and practices.
  • Experience managing multimillion dollar IT development programs, managing staff, including subcontractors.
  • Total 15+ years of relevant experience (relevant bachelor’s degree can be substituted in lieu of 4 years of experience; master’s degree can be substituted in lieu of 6 years)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with intelligence analysis is useful, however experience with technical program development and information technologies is rated higher.
  • The ideal candidate must have Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the program’s status, finances, and staff.
  • Provide program management and technical briefings.
  • Create program documentation, monitor the program’s performance, and develop and implement solutions in concert with the customer.
  • Work individually with minimal guidance and as a key member of a senior leadership team.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders and support customer’s strategic outreach and senior engagement.
  • Leverage project management approaches and tools such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Gitlab, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Office.
