This role requires a hybrid schedule working onsite in Santa Clara, CA at minimum 3 days a week. The Program Manager role is accountable for owning and driving retention and growth in strategic accounts. The Program Management role owns and nurtures relationships with key client decisions, develops strategic account plans by proactively identifying opportunities to expand services, and positions Magnit as an indispensable partner to the client. The Program Manager will work cross-functionally with other Magnit delivery and support teams to maximize customer satisfaction on their accounts. Scope may be regional or global, and services may encompass some or all of Magnit’s offerings (MSP/EOR/VOP/VMS/Services Procurement).
