About The Position

Integral Federal is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager (PM) to lead and oversee the Army Futures Command (AFC) Directorate of Intelligence and Security (DOIS) Information and Security Online Support contract. As the primary point of contact for contract execution, the PM ensures effective delivery of full-spectrum research and technology threat protection (RTP) support, while managing performance, compliance, and mission success across a geographically dispersed team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Business Administration, Finance, Political Science, Criminal Justice, Security Studies, or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience OR an additional 10 years of combined program management experience in intelligence or security project leadership in lieu of a degree OR completion of formal military/DoD intelligence training with 14 years of relevant experience in intelligence roles aligned with the responsibilities above.
  • Current PMP certification (Project Management Professional)
  • Proven experience managing complex government contracts, including full lifecycle execution and customer relationship management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships, ensuring alignment between contract requirements and government expectations.
  • Experience leading employee performance and development, including mentoring and performance management practices.
  • Strong understanding and experience managing profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities within a government contracting environment.
  • TS/SCI eligibility

  • Experience managing large, multifunctional projects of substantial complexity, particularly within the DoD or intelligence sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the AFC DOIS contract, ensuring all contractual tasks and deliverables are met with excellence.
  • Manage the cost, schedule, and performance of the contract, aligning resources to meet government expectations and mission objectives.
  • Lead the day-to-day operations and performance oversight of all personnel, including contractors and subcontractors, ensuring accountability and mission alignment.
  • Support AFC’s research labs and engineering centers in the development of advanced technologies vital to the Army’s future warfighting capabilities.
  • Assist with the development, maintenance, and integration of Science and Technology Protection Plans (S&TPPs) in accordance with DoD, Army, and AFC policies.
  • Provide expert advice to the Science & Technology (S&T) and Test & Evaluation (T&E) communities on threat modeling and author Threat Test Support Packages and Validated Online Lifecycle Threats.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Program Management Plan (PMP) to guide execution, performance compliance, delivery schedules, and contract cost ceiling management, as directed by the Contracting Officer (KO) or Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
