We are seeking Program Manager's to join our Riverview Recovery Wellness Program in Philadelphia, Pa. We have various shifts available: Monday - Friday 8:00a - 4:00p Monday - Friday 4:00p - 12:00a  Monday - Friday 12:00a - 8:00a Earn $65,000/annually! Position Details: The Program Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day functioning of their shift in the recovery house; ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents, and monitoring adherence to house rules and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral health related field.
  • High school diploma or GED and at least 10 years of experience working in a behavioral health related program or recovery house; and at least 5 years of supervisory experience in those programs is required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and process resident admissions and discharges.
  • Conduct intake interviews and complete all required paperwork.
  • Ensure smooth transitions for residents entering or leaving the program.
  • Facilitate house meetings and encourage resident participation.
  • Support residents in their recovery journey through structured programs.
  • Complete and maintain accurate progress notes and resident records.
  • Perform various assessments as required by program standards.
  • Ensure compliance with DDAP (Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs) and DBHIDS (Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disability Services) regulations.
  • Prepare and submit incident reports promptly.
  • Supervise 3–9 staff members, providing guidance and support.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to policies.
  • Order and maintain inventory of food, supplies, and household necessities.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols for residents and staff.
  • Respond to emergencies and critical incidents effectively.
