About The Position

The Community Relations Department of USC Verdugo Hills Hospital is seeking a Program Manager to operationalize the vision of the ARC for our Foothill communities. Requirements

  • Masters in social work (MSW) or equivalent education in related field such as nursing, psychology, public health or gerontology.
  • Knowledge of health and other issues affecting older adults
  • Knowledge of resources and social services available to older adults
  • Direct service provider to individuals and groups, including family caregivers
  • Experienced supervisor, including to student interns
  • Experience creating, coordinating and facilitating community partnerships
  • Experience in providing community group presentations and trainings
  • Demonstrated skills with networking and fostering collaboration
  • Experienced in program development, as well as project management
  • Working knowledge of multiple software applications, including social media
