About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive part-time Office Manager (20 hours/week) to support daily office operations and keep everything running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and takes pride in creating an organized, well-run workplace. We are flexible on exact working days and hours and will coordinate with the right candidate.

Requirements

  • Thrives in a high-energy environment
  • 2+ years in office management and/or administrative operations
  • Highly organized, self-starter, detail-oriented, and strong communicator
  • Comfortable with Microsoft tools and QuickBooks
  • Discreet with confidential information

Responsibilities

  • Run daily office operations (supplies, vendors, mail and shipping, basic facilities needs)
  • Keep common office areas and the break room tidy, organized, and well-stocked
  • Coordinate onsite and offsite meeting logistics, including catering and making dinner/lunch reservations
  • General admin support
  • Support employee onboarding/offboarding logistics
  • Manage vendor records; route invoices for approval and support basic AP workflows
  • Support AR workflows
  • Post occasional LinkedIn updates and support simple content coordination
