About The Position

Merakey is seeking a Remote OVR Program Manager to lead programs supporting individuals in achieving employment and independence through partnership with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR). This is a remote role, but candidates must reside in Pennsylvania. Merakey is a non-profit provider of developmental, behavioral health, and education services, with more than 8,000 employees supporting nearly 40,000 individuals and families throughout 12 states. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–5 years of experience in human services, workforce development, or related field
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of OVR programs and ensure compliance with state requirements
• Lead, coach, and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Manage referrals, service authorizations, and employment outcomes for individuals served
• Monitor program performance, track data, and drive quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with OVR counselors, employers, and community partners
• Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and billing aligned with OVR standards
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee relations as needed
