Job Overview: ABC is currently seeking a Program Manager who will serve as a confident leader and strategic driver for our patented digital service platform, Service Acceptance . The Program Manager will act as the company-wide program owner and subject matter expert, responsible not only for defining the program vision, roadmap, and features, but also for driving alignment, removing roadblocks, and ensuring successful adoption across the entire organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership, to champion the program from concept through launch and continuous improvement. This role requires strong communication skills, decisiveness, and the ability to lead through influence. This position is hybrid remote, located in Seattle, WA.
