About The Position

Managing the implementation of large and complex programs. Provides overall leadership and support to one or more project teams. Acts as front-line contact on program related activities, issues, and risks. Manages risks and issues and takes corrective measurements. Interfaces with C-Suite Executives, Business Unit Leaders and finance to develop ROI, IRR and other financial measures. Partners with purchasing to develop POs and manages suppliers and vendor relationships. Manages stakeholders' communication. Defines the program governance (controls). Plans the overall program and monitors the progress and performs daily program management throughout the program life cycle. Manages the programs budget and financial performance. Coordinates the projects and their interdependencies. Manages and utilizes resources across projects. May manage the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives and goals, providing feedback and guidance and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to. Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices. Performs other duties as directed.
