Job Summary: The Program Manager leads daily scheduling operations, serving as the primary liaison between rehabilitation team members and patients. Responsible for coordinating clinician schedules for more than 300 patients at any given time, this role is essential in maintaining an exceptional patient experience and advancing the organization’s mission to provide the highest quality care.

Requirements

• Associate or BA degree preferred
• At least two years of patient scheduling experience in a clinical setting or medical office
• Must possess comprehensive leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to Multitask at a high functioning level
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines
