The Program Manager is an experienced, execution-focused role responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale, multi-channel cooperative (co-op) programs for travel and tourism clients. This role supports integrated marketing programs that include paid media as well as owned and partner channels such as website content, landing pages, and other creative elements. Combining strong operational rigor with account-service instincts, the Program manages complex, high-volume programs involving multiple participating partners, internal teams, and external vendors. Serving as a central operational hub, this role ensures programs are set up, launched, and supported accurately across channels, while also identifying opportunities to strengthen processes and improve delivery at scale.
