What the Role Involves: As a Program Manager, you will lead a team of direct and indirect reports in planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring the progress of one or more customer programs or rollouts within the refrigeration industry. The Program Manager's focus will be on leading key performance objectives like customer support, financial results, quality, safety, effective scheduling, estimation, training, and management to provide outstanding services to our customers. Also to assist the Program Development team and AMS leadership in achieving the financial and operating plan.
