Youâll help shape our culture, grow our programs, lead our camps, and create unforgettable events for our families. The Little Gym is the worldâs premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Lifeâs Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, ParentsĘź Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe. Requirements
- Outgoing, confident, and naturally enthusiastic
- Great with kids AND parents
- Strong in sales and comfortable discussing membership
- Organized, dependable, and proactive
- A positive leader who sets the tone for the team
- Flexible and willing to jump in wherever needed
- TuesdayâSaturday availability
- Must be available mornings AND evenings
- Must be available for all Little Gym special events
- Guaranteed 32 hours
Responsibilities
- Lead classes and coach instructors
- Drive membership sales and program growth
- Build strong relationships with families
- Oversee daily operations and ensure excellence on the floor
- Serve as Camp Lead on scheduled camp days
- Help develop camp curriculum and lesson plans
- Train and support camp staff
- Facilitate structured, high-energy, and FUN camps
- Help plan, execute, and facilitate all special events
- Be present at and help lead all Little Gym events
