About The Position

Graham Technologies is seeking a Program Manager who provides overall contract management and technical oversight for data analytics and decision-support activities. The PM ensures delivery of high-quality analytics products, compliance with government standards, and effective coordination with government stakeholders. Location: Tampa, FL

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Research, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of program or project management experience supporting federal or government programs.
• Experience managing data analytics, IT, or technology-focused programs.
• Strong knowledge of government acquisition and reporting processes.

Nice To Haves

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience supporting data analytics or enterprise IT initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile program management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall contract performance, schedule, and deliverables.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Serve as primary interface with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
• Oversee staffing continuity, personnel performance, and task assignments.
• Track program performance metrics and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, security compliance issues, and operational challenges.
• Coordinate collaboration between data engineering, analytics, and visualization teams.
• Provide regular status reporting and executive-level briefings.
