About The Position

Sawdey Solution Services is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to provide Federal Real Property management, including responsibilities such as property acquisition, asset optimization, space planning, portfolio management, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations and policies.

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of experience working within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or Department of Defense (DoD).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience specifically focused on Federal Real Property management, including responsibilities such as property acquisition, asset optimization, space planning, portfolio management, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations and policies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • MA or MS in Management, Engineering, or Business/Financial related field.
  • PMP certification.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

  • US Citizenship Requirements: This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and directing complex engagements or projects within DHS or DoD. These engagements involve managing high-stakes, large scale initiatives that require coordination across multiple teams, agencies, or contractors, and often include navigating diverse stakeholder interests, aligning with strategic goals, and ensuring timely execution. Complex projects may include infrastructure development, policy implementation, risk management, resource allocation, and ensuring that the programs are delivered within scope, budget, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
