Job Summary B&A is looking for a Program Manager to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. The Program Manager is responsible for the overall execution of Government contracts, ensuring successful delivery across technical, cost, schedule, and performance objectives. This role oversees both administrative and technical aspects of contract performance, leads multidisciplinary teams supporting Navy network systems, and serves as the primary interface with government stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

  • Oversee all technical and administrative aspects of Government contract performance
  • Manage contract cost, schedule, and performance to meet program objectives
  • Ensure timeliness, quality, and accuracy of contract services and data deliverables
  • Lead and manage teams of professional, technical, and support personnel
  • Coordinate systems design, development, test, evaluation, and training activities for Navy network systems
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with Government customers and stakeholders
  • Plan, coordinate, and control project work to meet sponsor objectives
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Contract Management
  • Experience managing Government or DoD contracts
  • Experience supporting Navy network systems programs
  • Proven experience managing complex technical programs and teams
  • Strong understanding of Government contracting processes and compliance
  • Ability to oversee contract schedules, budgets, and performance metrics
  • Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams
  • Experience with Navy network systems design, development, testing, and training
  • Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Proven ability to deliver quality products on time and within budget
  • Project planning, coordination, and progress control expertise
  • IAM Level II Certification which includes the following: CAP, CASP, CISM, CISSP, GSLC
  • Experience managing large-scale or multi-contract programs
  • Familiarity with DoD or Navy acquisition frameworks and lifecycle processes
  • Strong risk management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
  • Advanced leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
