About The Position

Contingent upon contract award and security clearance requirements Location Primary work locations: Idaho Falls, ID (DOE Idaho Operations Office) Washington, DC and/or Germantown, MD (DOE Headquarters), as required by tasking Telework/remote work: Permitted when authorized by DOE and specified in individual Task Assignments Travel: Occasional travel may be required  Security Clearance Active DOE clearance required, Q-level preferred Must be able to maintain clearance eligibility throughout the period of performance Participation in DOE-mandated security training and background investigations is required  Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary interface between the Contractor and DOE for technical and administrative matters Provide overall management, coordination, and oversight of all Task Assignments issued under the contract Lead multi-disciplinary teams providing administrative, program, HR, legal, and executive support services Ensure compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Task Assignment requirements, DOE Orders, and quality standards Monitor cost, schedule, and performance; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Oversee preparation and submission of required reports, including monthly technical progress and cost reports Ensure all assigned personnel meet qualification and security clearance requirements prior to deployment Coordinate with subcontractors and teaming partners, as applicable Maintain compliance with DOE security, information protection, and administrative requirements  Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience managing federal government support services contracts Proven experience leading multi-functional teams across multiple task assignments Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills Experience managing performance across cost, schedule, and quality dimensions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience managing federal government support services contracts
  • Proven experience leading multi-functional teams across multiple task assignments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Experience managing performance across cost, schedule, and quality dimensions

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience supporting DOE or other civilian federal agencies
  • Experience managing Time & Materials (T&M) or Labor Hour contracts
  • Familiarity with DOE administrative, security, and reporting requirements
