This is a fully remote position with hybrid availability in Nashua, NH; Springfield, MO; and Denver, CO. As a Program Manager, you will lead the PMO's most complex strategic initiatives, including multi-workstream projects and large contractual engagements. You will oversee program governance, cross-functional coordination, and executive-level stakeholder management. As Program Manager, you are accountable for holistic program planning, risk and dependency management, contractual compliance, financial oversight, and ensuring the program achieves measurable business outcomes. You serve as the strategic link between the client's leadership and internal delivery teams.

Requirements

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, preferred
  • 3 or more years of project management experience
  • 3 or more years using project management software preference
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Confidence in taking full responsibility for large-scale projects
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with strong organization skills.
  • Pro-active/self-motivated.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • General knowledge of manufacturing business systems and/or processes (CRM, ERP, PDM, PLM, and CAD)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the overall program plan, including workstreams, interdependencies, and milestones
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical delivery, and contractual obligations
  • Facilitate steering committees and executive-level reporting
  • Act as the primary contact for senior client stakeholders
  • Create communication frameworks for updates, escalations, and decision-making
  • Manage complex negotiations around scope, timelines, and commercial terms
  • Lead multiple project leads and consulting teams across workstreams
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, legal, and operations for major contractual commitments
  • Drive consistent delivery methodology across all associated projects
  • Establish program-level risk frameworks and ensure mitigation plans are executed
  • Monitor high-impact risks involving integrations, regulatory constraints, or technology changes
  • Manage dependencies between internal teams, partners, and clients
  • Own the program budget, financial modeling, and forecasts
  • Track contract milestones, deliverables, payment schedules and change orders
  • Assess profitability and operational efficiency across the program
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, PMO standards, and regulatory obligations
  • Conduct program audits, quality reviews, and lessons-learned sessions
  • Ensure the program delivers measurable outcomes aligned to business value
  • Track KPIs and ensure all workstreams contribute to the overarching objectives
  • Compile programmatic proposals that meet client expectations
  • Coordinate responsible parties for scope input
  • Ensure measurable outcomes are identified and outlined in scope
