About The Position

Workhuman is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and scale our most strategic enterprise programs within the Workhuman platform — the system that helps millions of employees around the world deliver their best work every day. You’ll work on the Product Launch team at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Customer Excellence, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to ensure seamless delivery of product initiatives. This role is crucial to our ability to launch best-in-class new product offerings, elevate customer value at scale, and drive cross-functional alignment across our largest enterprise engagements. As a strategic program manager , you’ll own specific program d eliverables , influence and track outcomes, and partner across teams to deliver measurable business and customer impact. This is a hybrid role which requires at least 3 days a week onsite in our new Framingham, MA office Applicants must have valid permanent work authorization in the U.S. (e.g., U.S. citizen, permanent resident). Impact at Scale: Directly contribute to products and programs used by millions of employees globally, helping shape how enterprise customers adopt and realize value from Workhuman solutions. Requirements

  • 3+ years in program, project, or product management with enterprise-level responsibilities and complex scope.
  • Strong collaborator who can work effectively with technical and non-technical teams, with a track record of cross functional partnership .
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured program plans, measurable goals, and executable work across teams.
  • Expertise in program intake, prioritization, planning, risk identification, risk mitigation, and execution tracking.
  • Clear, confident communicator capable of articulating program vision, status, challenges, and outcomes to a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Working knowledge of change management principles, and continuous improvement processes.
