Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related field; preferred Master’s degree in IT or MBA
  • Proven experience managing large enterprise IT contracts
  • Minimum 10 years of experience
  • ITIL and PMP certifications (current); prefer CSM
  • U.S. Citizen; minimum of SECRET clearance (and clearable to TOP SECRET)

Responsibilities

  • Provide management oversight of team or support on the following systems/technologies (but not limited to) Full control and responsible for performance on requirements
  • Responsible for personnel management on program
  • Demonstrate IT experience within past 3 years of similar size/scope
  • Experience in supervising large IT service contracts
  • Experience in management of system modernization projects
  • Collaboration with customers, partners, and other stakeholders
  • Experience in cost control and management of technical and financial reports (weekly/monthly)
  • FC4 – Infrastructure, Network, Telecommunication, Tier 2/3 system administration/engineering services Network or Telecom
  • FC5 – Enterprise Service Desk, Tiers 0/1/2 support services, end-user support, Desktop services to include, but not limited to Asset Management Service Desk
