The Program Manager will be a key member of the Project Keystone program team, focusing on the Finance Transformation initiative at NBCUniversal. This role involves collaborating with global Finance and Technology teams to facilitate a significant ERP transformation to SAP S/4 Hana. The Program Manager will ensure successful functional and technical design, implementation, and organizational change management, acting as a liaison among various stakeholders to ensure project success.

  • Partner with the Project Keystone program team and leadership to design the transformation program, including project planning and stakeholder alignment.
  • Manage and update project plans, roadmaps, and trackers for the Project Keystone program.
  • Coordinate workshops between Project Keystone program stakeholders across all workstreams.
  • Guide the team through Solution Design & Implementation stages.
  • Provide regular communications and documentation for Governance meetings.
  • Assist in managing project scope, change orders, milestone signoffs, risks, and issues management.
  • Escalate project concerns to Program Leadership.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • 4+ years of SAP implementation or similar ERP system implementation Project Management experience within a Finance department.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Detail-oriented and a self-starter.
  • Demonstrated teamwork capabilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Functional knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA modules and PMO governance best practices.
  • Experience with Project Management Methodology & Frameworks certifications.
  • Experience within the Media and Entertainment industry.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365.
  • Experience in IT, Agile Product & App Development environment.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Lucidchart, Smartsheet, Tableau, or PowerBI.
  • PgMP, PMP, and/or CSM certifications.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility programs.
