The Mills Institute at Northeastern University is seeking a Program Manager who is passionate about the Institute's mission and has experience delivering programs that align with that mission. The Program Manager will work closely with the Mills Institute team to design and manage the Mills Institute suite of programs and help the Institute grow the program offerings both on the Oakland campus and globally within the Northeastern network. The Mills Institute at Northeastern University advances gender and racial justice through research, programs and partnerships that challenge systemic inequality and that facilitate the full inclusion of women, gender non-binary individuals, and BIPOC and other historically marginalized communities. The Institute was formed in 2022 when Mills College merged with Northeastern in order to honor and advance Mills' legacy of racial and gender educational inclusion and equity. In support of this commitment, the Mills Institute requires all employees to work cooperatively and effectively with the diversity of people within the organization itself as well as across Northeastern's global network and in the world.
