About The Position
The Leeds School of Business encourages applications for a Program Manager! This position works closely with the Director of the Opening Doors to Achievement (ODA) Office. The key responsibilities include: managing programs for belonging, large-scale events, and a student caseload within the Diverse Scholars Program (DSP); supervising and developing appropriate interventions for DSP retention; and monitoring, evaluating and developing program curriculum to assist in successful student transitions. This person must be familiar with university policies, procedures, and codes of ethics related to budgetary use, program development, corporate and donor outreach, and other related processes.
