The Program Manager serves as the senior authority responsible for managing all contractor efforts under the assigned task order. This role requires exceptional qualifications and recognized expertise, functioning at the Subject Matter Expert (SME) level. The Program Manager will oversee multi-project/multi-task technical or Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) contract assignments, providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and expert-level guidance on highly complex programs. This position is the primary point of contact for the Government and ensures the delivery of high-quality services, compliance with contractual obligations, and the protection of sensitive and classified information.
