EPS Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager professional to join our team at Shaw Air Force Base. The Program Manager Contract position plays a key role in ensuring the effective management and oversight of IT systems, infrastructure, and support services. This position requires a candidate with extensive experience in IT operations, program management, and technical leadership.

  • Lead and manage the NOSC IT contract at Shaw Air Force Base, ensuring seamless operation of IT systems and services.
  • Oversee and coordinate IT support operations, including systems administration, network management, and incident response.
  • Work closely with the client to ensure that all IT requirements and expectations are met in a timely and effective manner.
  • Supervise a team of IT professionals and provide leadership, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage program budgets, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with contract specifications.
  • Continuously assess and improve processes to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
  • ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Certification.
  • MBA/MS in Business, Program Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in IT operations, program management, or related fields.
  • Extensive experience in managing IT contracts, particularly in a military or government environment.
  • Proven track record of successful leadership in IT and program management.
