The Technical Talent Program Manager II develops wing-to-wing new strategies to train competent field service employees to support the business needs in terms of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost in addition to customer satisfaction. Determines how a certain field role needs to be trained at a global level and interfaces with stakeholders across the business to achieve the technical objectives of the program within an optimized cycle time and cost. Leads complex projects from concept generation until sustainment and adoption into the regular training operations.
