About The Position

The Program Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth coordination, facilitation, and progress tracking of this new and evolving initiative.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in healthcare life sciences (pharma, biotech, or medical device).
• Project and program management expertise required.
• Drug development experience is a must; AI/ML experience is a plus.
• PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking, or Agile methodology training required.

Responsibilities

• Manage program execution by structuring workstreams, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability.

• Provide structure and rigor to drive clear actions and measurable outcomes.
