The Program Manager administers a set of programs at the Doerr Institute for New Leaders and is responsible for devising operational plans to achieve the stated goals and objectives for the programs. This includes administering key functions such as operations, budget and financial management, events, outreach, and communications, and may include student and professional program support and recruitment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and will be a self-starter with the ability to manage competing priorities, think broadly, and interact with a wide range of stakeholders with professionalism. This position is offered as a hybrid role, combining both in-office and remote work to provide flexibility and support collaboration. Doerr Institute staff typically work on campus three days per week and remotely two days per week. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position, and the proposed hiring salary starts at $60,000 annually, with the potential for a higher salary based on qualifications and experience. Exempt (salaried) positions under FLSA are not eligible for overtime.
