Program Manager

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Program Manager that will be responsible for the day-to-day management of complex Professional Services projects and the support of qualified sale opportunities. Additionally, the Program Manager will have a background in value-selling to identify business needs coupled with the ability to develop customized solutions to solve client business problems. This person will be heavily involved in the daily meetings & activities of the project management team, which includes attending scrum calls, collaborating with Client Program Managers as it pertains to Client resources and TGCS resources, and managing project budget with client expectations exercising project change control, where necessary, to maintain proper P&L goals while delicately maintaining successful client relationships. The Program Manager is responsible for providing technical project planning, management and oversight for key initiatives and implementation projects, ensuring first that these initiatives and projects are closely aligned with TGCS’s strategic priorities, and second, that these initiatives and projects are completed on time, within scope and budget and with an extremely high quality of deliverables. The Program Manager for the Services Team will plan, schedule, monitor, evaluate and direct projects, ensuring they meet established time, cost and technical objectives. The Program Manager develops and manages the project’s change control procedures and effectively utilizes all available methodologies and tools, culminating in client acceptance of results. Given the customer-facing nature of this role, up to 50% travel is expected.
