About The Position
The Program Manager shall have demonstrated experience providing administrative oversight, corporate management, and ability to provide overall technical, schedule, and cost direction. Proven ability to lead and direct challenging projects and execute Assignments independently within the scope of the contract. The role involves establishing and maintaining schedules, ensuring quality delivery in accordance with customer and stakeholder needs, and actively communicating with clients to understand and define current needs and priorities. Additionally, the Program Manager will manage budgets, prepare cost estimates, and track resources using financial management tools. Continuous risk assessment and mitigation are essential, as well as working with management to identify and remove resource, feasibility, and technical barriers that can impede development. The position also requires maintaining a positive, results-oriented work environment by building partnerships with internal and external partners, managing direct reports as well as a matrixed team, and leading cross-disciplinary efforts to develop, iterate, and refine digital solutions. The Program Manager will foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, innovation, and excellence in the work environment and continuously elevate the quality and caliber of the organization.
