The Program Manager at Arkham Technology Ltd. is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing teams to achieve cost, schedule, and performance objectives. This role involves managing project schedules, cost accounting plans, and ensuring compliance with management policies. The Program Manager will work closely with various teams to develop comprehensive program plans and ensure all contract deliverables meet specifications. The position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively while maintaining a positive customer service orientation.

  • Plan, coordinate, and direct teams to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
  • Develop project schedules, cost accounting plans, and technical documentation for hardware and software projects.
  • Coordinate detailed project plans across multiple groups and develop comprehensive program plans.
  • Facilitate project team meetings and interact with customers to ensure project alignment.
  • Attend technical interchange meetings and coordinate design review presentations.
  • Collect and consolidate status data for Program Management Reviews.
  • Serve as a role model for subordinate employees and communicate organizational goals effectively.
  • Maintain relationships with site support personnel and senior program customers.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen due to U.S. Government contract requirements.
  • 8 years of experience in program and/or project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a closely related field.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Project required.
  • Knowledge and experience with financial and schedule management processes and tools.
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to adhere to requirements for Federal Contractors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
