About The Position

The Program Manager assists with all aspects of outcomes-based youth development programs. This role is responsible for creating a positive environment, developing and implementing program enrichment and academic activities, maintaining the facility, and building relationships with partners, school staff, and families. The Program Manager supervises program participants, volunteers, and vendors, and may be responsible for the supervision of direct reports. The program is located in a public school, community-based center, or Y Family Center.

Responsibilities

• Implements and oversees high quality, developmentally appropriate out of school time in-school programming that aligns with grant requirements.
• Hires, trains and supervises volunteers, interns and vendor partners.
• Inputs data and provides data and narrative reports for monthly grant reporting requirements.
• Maintains accurate registration, attendance, and program records.
• Develops and implements academic and enrichment offerings.
• Manages program budget.
