As a program manager, workforce solutions, you will Talent Strategy & Workforce Solutions Act as a strategic partner to our executive leadership team, developing talent strategies and solutions that reflect a deep understanding of our enterprise strategy and greatest talent opportunities. Partner with PRO and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and scale HR processes that drive consistency and impact. Culture Evolution & Enterprise Change Communicate clearly and concisely—visually and verbally—at an audience-appropriate level (up to and including executives), and can adapt messaging to “speak the language” that resonates, influences, and moves work forward Amplify and scale workforce strategies driving prioritized changes that enable our culture and talent to evolve and grow in service of long-term success. Build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders to bring others along and set all parties up for success Program Delivery Design, develop & lead multiple concurrent, cross-functional programs aligned with PRO and enterprise strategic priorities balancing near- and long-term horizons Bring a clear point of view and drive decision-making informed by data, stakeholder input, and strategic alignment. Lead with empathy, courage, and clarity—navigating complex conversations and driving fact-based, actionable outcomes.
