About The Position

The Program Manager for Vision Services at Gundersen Lutheran is responsible for overseeing and managing all programs related to optical services. This role involves financial analysis and planning, business development, vendor relations, and ensuring strategic alignment with the organization's mission and goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in eye care and/or optical services or related experience.
• Proven experience with vendor relations and financial analysis.
• Ability to travel regularly to all 15 sites, ideally visiting 2-3 sites per week.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial systems and conduct analysis to support budgeting for Vision Services.
• Evaluate new programs and services, conduct market research, and support business development initiatives.
• Manage relations with external vendors, analyze suppliers, and ensure quality.
• Support departmental and organizational mission and strategic plans.
