About The Position

Responsible to provide leadership, direction, support, training and supervision to drivers in the transportation department. Responsible for dispatching, DOT compliance, and preventive maintenance. Will ensure equipment is well maintained and the appearance of our drivers and vehicles are up to our standards.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree preferred
• at least 2 years in a DD program
• at least 2 years in administrative positions
• 2 years prior management experience preferred
• Must have excellent verbal, written communication skills, computer and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a van preferred
• Crisis intervention training (i.e. PABC) is favorable
• CPR, First Aid and MAP certification preferred
