As a Transformation Program Manager, you will drive multiple workstreams, owning milestone schedules, identifying interdependencies, and mitigating risk. You’ll partner with functional leaders to deliver on transformation objectives and escalate issues to executive teams. In this role, you will coordinate monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBR/QBR), lead standups, conduct dependency reviews, and align senior stakeholders on decisions and trade-offs. You will report to the Senior Manager, Transformation.
