Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a track record of repeated success across a wide variety of functional areas
  • Lean Six Sigma certification required (Green Belt minimum, Black Belt desired)

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MS) preferred
  • PMP – Project Management Professional certification (Strongly Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provide input to the development and design of project management capability as well as develop processes and methods to monitor/organize portfolio of strategic work/initiatives.
  • Ability to provide guidance, communicate, plan and set priorities with leadership and management staff at the system, regional and local level.
  • Help senior team members establish processes for prioritizing, initiating, resourcing, monitoring strategic initiatives.
  • Help coordinate and align project work/ initiatives with strategy office and finance to ensure alignment between initiatives and budgetary needs/ strategic plans for the organization.
