Program Manager - Transformation
About The Position
Baptist Heath is looking for a Program Manager - Transformation to join their team. This is a remote work position that requires residency in KY or IN The Program Manager - Transformation will focus on developing, managing and leading large complex strategic system wide initiatives that will enable Baptist Health to expand, excel, align and advance. They will have a deep understanding of both Project Management and Process improvement methodologies with success as a trusted advisory within organizations with ability to influence leaders on key decisions with willingness to be transparent about delivery issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a track record of repeated success across a wide variety of functional areas
- Lean Six Sigma certification required (Green Belt minimum, Black Belt desired)
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MS) preferred
- PMP - Project Management Professional certification (Strongly Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide input to the development and design of project management capability as well as develop processes and methods to monitor/organize portfolio of strategic work/initiatives.
- Ability to provide guidance, communicate, plan and set priorities with leadership and management staff at the system, regional and local level.
- Help senior team members establish processes for prioritizing, initiating, resourcing, monitoring strategic initiatives.
- Help coordinate and align project work/ initiatives with strategy office and finance to ensure alignment between initiatives and budgetary needs/ strategic plans for the organization.
