Position Overview: The Program Manager/Task Order Manager will lead all contractor support to a DoW customer, serving as the primary interface with the government and ensuring full execution of all program management, engineering, and logistics deliverables. Requirements

  • Experience in program/project management within DoW acquisition environment.
  • Strong understanding of Marine Corps Programs.
  • Knowledge of FAR, DoD acquisition policies, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Active Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Manage all contractual, technical, and administrative aspects of the task order.
  • Oversee team structure, resource allocation, and deliverable quality.
  • Ensure compliance with PWS requirements, timelines, and reporting standards.
  • Provide corrective action plans and manage subcontractor performance.
  • Represent the contractor in meetings, reviews, and official communications.
