About The Position

As the Program Manager, Talent Movement, you will be instrumental in advancing global mobility and talent movement strategies through effective project management and stakeholder engagement. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Movement, you will lead strategic initiatives across key mobility programs—including Immigration, International Assignments, and Relocation. This role requires exceptional communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders, drive alignment, and deliver compelling program narratives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within Global Mobility, Talent Attraction or HR Operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with global mobility policies, programs and mobility management systems.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certifications such as Global Mobility Specialist (GMS), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of global mobility and internal movement programs.
  • Apply project management methodologies to scope, schedule, and deliver Talent Movement initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful program outcomes.
  • Align mobility programs with broader talent strategies, workforce planning, and business objectives.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Talent Movement, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to ensure clarity and alignment on mobility strategies.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact presentations, program updates, and communications tailored to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Facilitate change management and capability-building initiatives to drive adoption and deepen organizational understanding of mobility programs.
